American Indian Scouting Association

Troop 904 is affiliated with AISA. Troop 905's Scoutmaster is a member of the national board.

AISA is an association of Boy Scout and Girl Scout youth and adults who work together to promote Scouting in and around Native American population centers (tribal reserves, reservations, urban areas, etc). Membership is open to currently enrolled youth and adults. Members need not be an enrolled member of a tribe to be a member of AISA.

AISA encourages Indian Scouting through a series of seminars held annualy as well as other resources AISA creates. Each seminar is hosted by a tribe near the host city and a sponsoring site (usually a school or university). The 2005 seminar will be held in Duluth, MN.
